The fact that you all shop at Sally (NOT EVEN a professional store) and expect so much is ridiculous! 90% of the reason the employees lack any good customer service and communication skills is because they are treated like ***.

Very few stores have GOOD managers, they're underpaid, and get in trouble for not getting things done because they're busy helping YOU people all day long, when most of you should be going to see a professional. THEY ARE NOT PRO'S, they are RETAIL employees. If they're licensed, it's a bonus.

Yes, some managers re-shelf returned product, but Walmart doesn't even take expired groceries off the shelves either, they wait for you to bring them back. I finally found another job, so I will not even work at Sally again, nor will I shop there.
