Sally Beauty Supply - Employees need training

Went to buy hair dye ,next day was my bday. The employee asked if I needed help.i told her trying to cover grey she hands me clariol beautiful collection semi permenant I asked her about developer she recommends 30 dyed my hair the only thing dyed was scalp, i looked up online next morning it doesn't use developer. . Thanks alot expert help I'm glad hair didn't fall out or anything!! Train your people
