I'm not sure what has happened at the Ocean Springs, MS store, but the customer service is horrible. Where did they find these employees?
What happened to all the extremely helpful gals that were working there for the past couple of years? I can understand one or two employees leaving, but all of them? This whole store has all new people in it that have no clue what they're doing, not to mention they're so rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to the manager, and she was clueless and a smart alec.
I've shopped at this Sally's for years, and I miss the employees that actually knew what they were talking about and where to find the products. And why is the store always in disarray and out of everything?
It used to look so nice and was always stocked, but it's just a mess. I'll drive out of my way to go elsewhere from now on because that store is a disgrace now.

Order #WSA153589**** consisted of 2 bottles of hair growth oil, 5 coarse nail files, 2 buffer brushes, and 1 pink hair bonnet. Total cost $45.15.
This order was sent to an address that I have not resided at for over ten years. Sally Beauty Supply refused to give me a monetary refund nor resend the items in this order. Why? Because Sally Beauty Supply used the default address instead of using the billing address associated with the credit card which was used.
I despise these lazy companies whose technology is from the Stone Ages and who pays for their negligence, we do. I am sick of this.

The district manager of Chicago Vanessa Lara is a horrible district manager and person that is rude and very disrespectful to her employee's. She creates a hostile work environment.
She's very unprofessional and seems to have a drug or alcohol problem. She over talks people and never let them speak. She's a bully in a management position and needs to be fired ASAP.
Corporate needs to investigate her and get feedback from all manager's and employees under her. HR needs to fire her before they have a lawsuit filed against them

I have never gone into the store where blatantly I was categorized as a thief and being watched over everything I touch and she even kept coming back to the same aisle to stare at me. I found that highly offensive because I was the only gay guy in there so whether she was looking at me because she felt as though I was going to steal because Im carrying a purse or she has something against homosexuals because she was wearing a cross which represents me she is a Jesus freak which means she probably has hatred towards gay so in the end is more of a hate crime that happened and thats what Im gonna spread by the way I have the recording of the interaction with the other representative asking for the corporate number when I was told to Google it Im gonna go ahead and use my friends who are influencers to trash Sallys because you guys are trash you hire trash, which means you are trash

Someone took my keys yesterday at Sally's

Never received my credit card

Opened an account when I was shopping in store. I was told I would receive my card in the mail, cool.
Never got it, however, I did get my bill which I was charged an amount that I did not do, but I did have to pay it because SOMEONE did make a purchase with my credit card that I NEVER RECEIVED. Whatever, I make the payments, however, when I asked for a new card to be mailed to me - they declined because of my balance. Oook. I continue to make my payments, but anytime I get close to paying off the full amount I am charged $40 fees which keeps my balance and my account open.
I have never been so disappointed and very, very pissed off. If you want people to continue to use your credit cards, maybe you should actually let your customers HAVE THE CREDIT CARD.
The biggest scam in the world, at the moment. DO NOT OPEN A SALLYS CREDIT ACCOUNT - BEWARE!!!

I have lived Sally Besuty for many years but, am slowly watching them drop in standing with their products, employees and especially their reputation. Now, they no longer have solid products yet cheap junk that is missing things from the jump.
On top of that they lie and try to blame it on someone else. For example: I placed an order for two hour delivery because the starter went out on my car.Convenient and a blessing was my first thought only to become a huge problem with the store location not getting me my orderinstead they lay the blame on DoorDash who delivers the products. However, they dont even have an option to leave the driver a tip. Different story different time.
Next day I have to call customer service who lays blame on the store and instead of trying to make things rightthey may cancel but either way I would get a refund. No once again not true.
I get my package with missing items and am charged for the whole order in which I have to call my bank and dispute the charge.
I own my own company and if I did that ti my customers I would be out of business. If this review only does one thingit lays out the truth of how Sally Beauty operates.

I have been a member of Sally's for over 20YRS. On 8/25/22 I went to sally's to purchase some volumizer and one of your workers asked if i needed any help.
I said no and looked around the store. For about 10 min well i asked if she could help me find toe nail softer she said i should not be allowed in the store cuz i came in with my daughter several months earlier and she seen my daughter steeling so i needed to leave and could she look in my bag . i told her no and kiss my *** cuz I'm sure in the *** didn't do nothing wrong and that she can see and open my bag and pulled out my own creams not even from sallys !!! SO i said move you insulting rude *** *** and walked out and she followed me outside and yelled "your daughter is a thief and a drug addict and its you fault." I turned around said "no *** your wrong and u dont know *** "She was rude embarrising and could not believe she would say that in public .
its hard enough Im losing my dad to stage 4 lung liver and kidney cancer. just found out 2 days ago..
but my sister also has stage 4 colin cancer and my brother has parquetries cancer and we have had a house fire all with in this year and i know that i am dealing with my daughter and every night i lay my head down praying i dont get the phone call she is dead.. So this little *** who would not know how to be professional should not be in this work or i will never be a costumer again and i have allot of your clinits i can take with.

I knew when I saw this in tott it was gonna be unhinged and gurllll, I am hea for it
Saw this shared on Facebook and had to put my 2 cents in as I used to work there up until the beginning of the year when the district manager flat out lied and was extremely unprofessional. Tried to push all of the employees that were working full shifts with no coverage for weeks out.
Told us an employee who had been there for the past 3 years would be manager but instead she brings in a new manager with no manager experience and doesn't even tell us until she shows up for work. Then she lied and said she sent us an email letting us know, but there was no email and when I called her out on it she acted like it wasn't a big deal that she lied. Can't a work for a liar so I quit and the other 2 employees eventually had enough of this companies unprofessionalism and left too. The district manager is exactly why the stores in this district have such a high turn over rate because she doesn't value the employees at all.
And the customer is right, these new employees have no experience, they're all new hires going through training and the new manager has never been a manager before. And CHAOS COLOR, I miss you!!!
You should try the d'iberville location because the manager there is down to earth and will help you find that list every month. I'm so glad this was shared in TOTT, hopefully the other employees will see this and know they were actually valued by our customers despite how the company treated us!!!

You are so right! I've had issues with this Sallys too.
Everything started to go down hill around March. Got a really rude woman wearing a beret with black hair when I went in to grab my color list for my clients. The color was moved around and I couldn't find what I was looking for, asked for her help and she didn't know either and told me it was out of stock, which was a lie because I eventually found it. Decided to give it another try in April for my monthly supply list and got her again.
Didn't ask for help this time but she followed me around and was just as unhelpful and rude so I went to the Goula location for this months list. To the commenter saying if you shopped there for years you'd know where everything is, please tell us you've never worked retail and that you don't know what POGs are without telling us!
