I was racially profiled at sally's beauty supply.

The worst service I have ever had
Terrible
I felt like I was a total bother to your manager. I'm sorry that she is so miserable but she didn't have to ruin my day.
I have bought several things at your store but I will not be back. She made me feel like a thief and a second class citizen. I was checking out the clipper attachment and got one off the hook and was told I was not aloud to do that which is fine a policy is a policy. I now had a few questions since I can not read the box myself and got treated like I was the dumbest person alive.
The bad thing is I probably know more about cutting hair than she will ever know or she would be in a salon. I don't know who she thinks she is but if she continues I wish you luck because you won't have much business.
Not Happy Customer
I was in Sally’s on 10/22/2017 and was looking for a countertop hair dryer and I ended up walking out of the store. Mind you this did not start my birthday day off to a good start.
So I have to say everytime I go into Sally’s in Clovis, Ca. And I’m talking about both of them, they are so rude. I am a hairstylist and I am treated so disrespected everytime I go in. I let the first few go, but now it’s everytime and I’m done with these stores.
Is that one of their interview questions before they hire, CAN YOU BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS?? I’m sorry you need to really make some changes in your employee attitudes!! If they don’t like there job, then they need to get another one that they like.
When one customer is not happy then they tell all their friends then you don’t just lose one customer you lose 10 customers. Again I am so done with Sally’s Beauty Supply!!!
The worst/weirdest customer service experience I've ever had!
On Saturday, 9/2/2017, I filled out a problem ticket for my order issue but have not received any response from Sally Beauty by customerservice@***.com email. I was trying to contact Sally Beauty Customer Service support at 1-86*-234-**** and 1-80*-444-****, until Thursday 2:30 p.m.
CST, but nobody do not answer to me either. And so, at the end of the day, I was pleased to receive an e-mail from SallyBeauty.com. They told me that they cannot make any modifications to my order, because it's too late for them to do anything to help.
Never again will I order products from Sally Beauty online! Sally Beauty Customer Service online and phone customer service is one of the worst.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

Targeted by a racist Employee
I was targeted by an employee named Deborah at 1925 S.Hurstbourne Pkwy location. She accused me a stealing a flat iron that I had placed on a shelf while I found my coupon on my phone I reached down on the shelf where I had placed it and she snatched it out of my hand we exchanged words and I told her this location would never get another dime from me I then threw the blow dryer comb I was also going to buy over my shoulder so I could leave.
I didn't know she was behind me and it hit her by accident. She then hit me in the arm I then left the store but I came back in with my mother after I called the police which she was also doing at the same time.
I have never had a problem at Sally's I shop there all of the time. She picked the wrong one.
Preferred solution: I would like a written apology from Deborah and I want to know why she was following men around in the store. Classes on race relation would also be helpful.

No business chain can oversee and control every employees actions or prevent staff from having a bad day, so to punish a store b/c you didnt like a particular person is stupid. If you have a problem with a person go above there head and report it.
I agree with what your saying but she was a manager and was put in that position to represent the company in a professional way I hope. The only thing I can do is to not go back and experience that again.
It took all of me to just walk out and not say or do anything. I'm not sure I can do that again.
It's very sad that I'm labeled as soon as I step through the door. I don't need to steal a *** thing miss manager.
