I was racially profiled at sally's beauty supply.

I went to Sally's Beauty supply located on County Rd B in Roseville, Mn on Friday August 25, 2017. I picked my 14 yr old daughter up after work that evening and took her school shopping. I needed some hair products which I've always gotten from this particular Sally's location. There were new workers that I'd never seen before. However, we walked in and the girl came to the front with a mean look on her face. Just watching me and my daughter like we're about to steal something. Then she called security and he came in watching us. I was so offended that I put the item back and left the store. Very uncomfortable and extremely disturbing. I couldn't confront the two of them because again...I had my teenage daughter with me. The next day Saturday 8/26/17 I went back to the store location to confirm the actions of these people and speak with a manager. I sat in my car sat in my car for a while having a phone conversation before entering the store. The employees in the store saw my car and immediately called security before I even entered the store. The security car came speeding up behind my car with flashing lights and a siron on. Two officers exited the vehicle. A third officer walked up from a second vehicle. They looked at me and said nothing, then two officers left and the one guard from the night before stayed. I entered the store and the two workers and the guard was watching me. I asked the young lady ,standing there looking like I didn't belong there, where was the store manager? She stated that the other "rude girl" was the manager and she was the lead so "how could she help me?" I said nevermind and went down the isle. I knew that I would just have to handle this through Corporate. My friend in the phone told me that the Gorilla gel that I wanted was at another store. So I put the Eco gel back and proceeds to leave the store. The security guard stepped in front of the door to prevent me from leaving. Now I'm livid. I told him to move and that I don't have to steal anything. I have a good job that pays way more than their minimum wage working ***. The guard told me that everyone steals. I told him that he steals and The workers told me that I couldn't come back. Considering that I wanted to beat the *** out of all three of them, I have a child to raise and no time for jail trouble. The guard moved out of my way and one of the workers said that I am "trespassing" with her ignorant ***. Again, I've always gone to that store and NEVER had I experienced anything like this. I'm filing a complaint on the employees and security.

I go to Sally's every 2 weeks to buy hair color every single time I go in the same lady is very rude not helpfull and alwsys gives attitude. When I ask her How something is see never knows what she's talking about she will just say I don't know. I buy things on reviews and what other people think about the item. lie to me i dont care but i feel if your going to Work in a sales department you should know what you're talking about. This Sally's is on potranco road #3895 saturday morning at 10:37am. i will nevet ho back to this store.

I felt like I was a total bother to your manager. I'm sorry that she is so miserable but she didn't have to ruin my day.

I have bought several things at your store but I will not be back. She made me feel like a thief and a second class citizen. I was checking out the clipper attachment and got one off the hook and was told I was not aloud to do that which is fine a policy is a policy. I now had a few questions since I can not read the box myself and got treated like I was the dumbest person alive.

The bad thing is I probably know more about cutting hair than she will ever know or she would be in a salon. I don't know who she thinks she is but if she continues I wish you luck because you won't have much business.

No business chain can oversee and control every employees actions or prevent staff from having a bad day, so to punish a store b/c you didnt like a particular person is stupid. If you have a problem with a person go above there head and report it.

I agree with what your saying but she was a manager and was put in that position to represent the company in a professional way I hope. The only thing I can do is to not go back and experience that again.

It took all of me to just walk out and not say or do anything. I'm not sure I can do that again.

It's very sad that I'm labeled as soon as I step through the door. I don't need to steal a *** thing miss manager.

Not Happy Customer

I was in Sally’s on 10/22/2017 and was looking for a countertop hair dryer and I ended up walking out of the store. Mind you this did not start my birthday day off to a good start.

So I have to say everytime I go into Sally’s in Clovis, Ca. And I’m talking about both of them, they are so rude. I am a hairstylist and I am treated so disrespected everytime I go in. I let the first few go, but now it’s everytime and I’m done with these stores.

Is that one of their interview questions before they hire, CAN YOU BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS?? I’m sorry you need to really make some changes in your employee attitudes!! If they don’t like there job, then they need to get another one that they like.

When one customer is not happy then they tell all their friends then you don’t just lose one customer you lose 10 customers. Again I am so done with Sally’s Beauty Supply!!!

On Saturday, 9/2/2017, I filled out a problem ticket for my order issue but have not received any response from Sally Beauty by customerservice@***.com email. I was trying to contact Sally Beauty Customer Service support at 1-86*-234-**** and 1-80*-444-****, until Thursday 2:30 p.m.

CST, but nobody do not answer to me either. And so, at the end of the day, I was pleased to receive an e-mail from SallyBeauty.com. They told me that they cannot make any modifications to my order, because it's too late for them to do anything to help.

Never again will I order products from Sally Beauty online! Sally Beauty Customer Service online and phone customer service is one of the worst.

My local store doesn’t open on time...

According to the store hours, the store is supposed to open at 9:00. I got here early because I have to pick something up for my 10:00 hair appointment and no one is here. It’s 9:15. I’m irritated because now I’m going to be late. These employees need to get here on time. -Prince Frederick, MD

Horrendous Manager in Lenoir City, TN

My fiancee and I are long time customers of Sally Beauty Supply. Our experiences in one location, though, in Lenoir City, TN, have been abysmal. On our first visit, we attributed the overall rudeness of the Manager to possibly a bad day for her. We could not figure out why she would be so unreasonable otherwise. But this last visit, on August 2,2017, was so far below acceptable customer service standards that we feel we need to take the extra step-- to bring it to others' attention so they can avoid what will unquestionably be a poor experience for them as well. The Manager of the store was generally dismissive as we asked for assistance in finding a product, and her team members were equally so when we asked for help, with a product they thought was at the register but was not. Eventually, one checked and decided to point us in the right direction. However, when we got to the register, the Manager and team member were again rude to us, and the associate and Manager both told us our membership had expired and we would have to pay full price or renew it immediately with them (We later confirmed at a different location that this was not the case). When I explained that we still had a month left, the Manager told me I was wrong and "rude" to which I replied she was the rudest customer service manager in any outlet in Lenoir City, which she is. The Manager then became unreasonable and unjustifiably hostile, and threatened to call the police (which she did not do, but ultimately I did, out of concerns over her stability). Needless to say, we are now doing business at another location, which has much better customer service. We relayed our concerns to Sally's Corporate site, and they replied that they are looking ion to this, although, for now, it appears they have done nothing.

Finally... someone SAVED MY HAIR!!!

The store in Horseheads NY,employee, Ashley.... she literally saved my burned, fried, wrong colored hair! It was certain death for my hair after it had been lightened.... then re-lightened when I went to have the roots done... those 2 trips to the salon costing me over $250..... I finally decided to go to Sally's... 10 minutes and $12.50 later.... I was on my way home with the correct color, and a conditioner that turned my fried hair into silk!!! Thank you, Ashley for knowing your stuff!!!!! I'm eternally grateful! Cheryl

Targeted by a racist Employee

I was targeted by an employee named Deborah at 1925 S.Hurstbourne Pkwy location. She accused me a stealing a flat iron that I had placed on a shelf while I found my coupon on my phone I reached down on the shelf where I had placed it and she snatched it out of my hand we exchanged words and I told her this location would never get another dime from me I then threw the blow dryer comb I was also going to buy over my shoulder so I could leave.

I didn't know she was behind me and it hit her by accident. She then hit me in the arm I then left the store but I came back in with my mother after I called the police which she was also doing at the same time.

I have never had a problem at Sally's I shop there all of the time. She picked the wrong one.

Im a Sallys customer went on Wednesday 2 employes there both Spanish speaking. Checking out prices not matching sale buy one at reglar price 50% off the next bought a shampoo and cream rinse same brand told me it wasnt someone put it there all the time these two employees are speaking spanish not understanding a thing really i notice there the store these tags were on various items in store . Im not happy. Not sure if i will go back 863-353-**** is this what they instruct there employees They need to speak English

Manager-Albemarle NC hateful and rude

On 5/31/17, I went to Sally's to buy items for my Salon/Spa. I purposely try really hard not to agitate the manager because I know that she doesn't like me. She is mad at me because two of her employees came to me and asked for jobs. The manager started an argument with me over the alleged limit allowed for OPI polish. She fussed at me and embarrassed me in front of customers and her employee. She is always hateful to me, and speaks to me as if I am beneath her or inferior to her. I have reported her once already to the home office, but they never do anything to her. I don't know what extra services she must be doing to keep her job, but she has been reported by several customers and nothing ever gets done to her.

The store here (st cloud MN) closes at 9pm M-Sa. Ive gone to this store on3 seperate occassions btwn 8:35-8:45 and they were already closed. WTH!! Sign says 9p but yet today 5-6-17 they were closed at 8:35.
